Braised Wontons
- Boil your frozen wontons for 5 minutes, toss them and set aside.
- In a hot wok, fry the wontons in a some oil together with sliced garlic.
- Add in sliced chinese mushrooms.
- Add in some oyster sauce, soy sauce, some water and sesame oil.
- Let the sauce reduce.
- Serve.
