Beef Brocolli
- Slice up about 3 cloves of garlic.
- Thinly slice up some beef.
- Saute garlic in oil till fragrant, add the sliced beef and cook till tender. Add a bit of water and cover if necessary.
- Add in brocolli florets and cover wok till veg becomes tender yet still retains its crunch.
- Add in some oyster sauce and black pepper.
- Lastly, add in some washed straw mushrooms.
