Here Fishy Fishy

Fish is an excellent, healthy source of low fat protein. And to me, the easiest to whip up in the interest of time. A plain fish, such as dory, can benefit from all the added flavor of herbs and spices. Here’s a dish of Cajun pan grilled fish I whipped up earlier, paired with stir fried vegetables.

Cajun Fish

1. Defrost dory fish.
2. Sprinkle generously with Cajun spice mix (easily bought from grocery stores everywhere), a dash of oregano, season with salt and pepper and a sprinkle of lemon juice. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
3. Heat up your grill pan and slap that fish onto the pan, turning when one side is cooked. Timing would depend on the average thickness of the fish.
4. Dish up and enjoy with your side dish of veges
