Simply Simplistic

A quick chicken stir fry for someone who was not in the mood to make up something more elaborate. Apologies!

Chicken Stir Fry version God Knows What Number

1. Slice up a deboned chicken thigh into thick long slivers.

2. Heat up a wok and sauté some sliced up onion until soft, then bung in the onions.

3. On high heat, throw in your chicken, stir fry till it loses all it’s surface pink.

4. Throw in a handful of cut up French beans.

5. Add in a segmented tomato.

6. Add in a tablespoonful of oyster sauce.

Serve with hot rice. I had leftover stock so I made up some more veg soup with tofu as the other course.
