Stir Fried Seafood

In memory of Paul, the predicting octopus.

Stir Fried Squid.

1. Clean your squid and separate the tentacles from the main body.

2. Marinade the squid in a mixture of turmeric powder and curry powder. Season with some salt.

3. Saute some onions, garlic, ginger and celery in oil until softened, add the marinated squid with about 1/4 cup of water.

4. Cover and let squid cook through.

Serve with hot rice.
